Use a six-digit code from one of these apps. No Microsoft or Google account is required for CSA Certification Services verification.

Customers in China: TOTP codes are generated locally, without Google services or push notifications. An installed and configured 2FAS or Microsoft Authenticator app can generate these codes offline. App downloads and access to this portal depend on your local network and app store. Install from official sources before you need to sign in; we cannot guarantee local download availability.

MFA setup is optional at your first sign-in. Company data and file uploads require MFA setup. Once enabled, enter your app’s current six-digit code at each future sign-in. Scan the QR code only when setting up your authenticator; never scan a new code just to sign in.

Once per sign-in: after verification, company searches, files and team management use the same verified session. A new sign-in is required after sign-out or session expiry.
